About Us

After years of watching my friends and family struggle to buy and sell Wisconsin Badger football tickets, I thought there must be a better way to do it. Sometimes they wanted more tickets for a particular game and other times they had extra tickets they needed to get rid of, typically at the last minute. But usually their only options were to send mass emails to coworkers, go through a ticket broker and pay fees or commissions, or stand out on a street corner hours before the game. None of those seemed very attractive or efficient to me.

So I created Street Corner Tickets – a website that simply helps connect buyers and sellers without fees or commissions. It’s a place where you don’t have to worry about auctions and bidding, or having to send in your tickets to a middleman days before an event. And it will still send out all of those emails for you – but only to interested buyers, not everyone else. It also means not having to head down to the game or concert hours early to stand on that street corner.
