Why do I need to register?
Your information is used to help assure that we have legitimate buyers and sellers. It also allows you to have your own My Account page, which lists all of your tickets for sale and any ticket alerts you have created. If you are concerned about the information you provide during the registration process, please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I add a game, event, or artist?
If a game, event, or artist is not currently listed in the database, there is usually a link toward the bottom of the screen to add it. This link is usually combined with the option to add a ticket alert or sell your tickets for that particular game, event, or artist at the same time.
How does the actual ticket transaction take place?
By connecting buyers and sellers directly with each other, you have the freedom to work out the details in whatever way is convenient for both of you, which is crucial for last minute transactions. For example, you could decide to meet at a certain time and place before the event. As with any financial transaction, care should be taken, as stated in our Terms & Disclaimer.
What are ticket alerts?
You can create ticket alerts to receive emails and/or even cellular text messages within minutes of when new tickets are listed for sale. Alerts can be set up for a specific game or event you are interested in, or even any team for an entire season. You may edit your ticket alerts at any time in My Account. Remember that with text message alerts, your cellular company may charge you for every text message you receive depending on the type of plan you have. We are not responsible for any charges that you incur.
How come I received a ticket alert but the site says there are no tickets available?
As soon as a new ticket listing is posted an alert is sent out. What likely happened is that during the time between when you received the alert and when you looked at the site, the ticket(s) had been sold and the listing removed by the seller.
How do I edit or delete my ticket listing?
Please go to My Account. All of your listings are posted in that area and can be edited or deleted. Your email, password, and phone number(s) may also be edited if needed. If you change your email or phone number(s), those changes will automatically be reflected in any ticket listings you currently have posted.
How do I make a suggestion?
Please use the "contact us" form. We appreciate your suggestions and look forward to improving our site as much as possible.
